COMPANY PROFILE HANGZHOU, CHINA · EST. 2025

A clearer way
to grow together.

TOVISTA is the creator commerce brand of 杭州词元拓境科技有限公司. We bring structure to the space between a merchant's product, a creator's voice, and the people who decide whether the partnership truly fits.

01 / THE COMPANY

Commerce moves fast.
Trust takes work.

A creator partnership can begin with a single video. A lasting program needs a way to understand why that video, that audience, and that product belong together.

That conviction shaped TOVISTA in Hangzhou in 2025. We began with a simple observation: brands were collecting names faster than they were collecting useful context. A follower count could tell a merchant how large an audience might be; it could not tell them whether the creator's content, community, timing, and commercial terms made sense for the product.

Our work is organized around the full decision. We translate a merchant brief into clear creator criteria, research public signals with their sources attached, develop a shortlist with reasons, coordinate the agreed steps of a collaboration, and review the result in the context of the platform where it happened. The same record follows a partnership from first question to next campaign.

We focus first on fashion accessories, home and lifestyle, and consumer technology accessories. Each category has a visible use case, yet each asks for a different kind of creator: style and identity, everyday demonstration, or informed explanation. This gives our team a practical place to develop a repeatable method before widening the scope.

02 / THE MARKET CONTEXT

A larger market needs
better decisions.

As creator investment grows, the difficult part becomes selecting the right people and understanding what the work produced. We design for that problem.

03 / OUR DEVELOPMENT

Built in chapters.

Our story follows the logic of a growing company: establish a focused service, turn recurring work into a system, then expand only where the method remains useful.

2025

Foundation in Hangzhou

TOVISTA is established around creator commerce. The first chapter defines the merchant brief, creator fit, and campaign review as one continuous problem, with fashion, home, and technology accessories as the starting categories.

2026

From service process to product thinking

The public creator directory and source-linked research approach put the method into view. AI-assisted matching, collaboration records, and review tools shape the product direction, while human decisions remain central to each external action.

NEXT

Scale the method across channels

The roadmap is to connect more creator formats and markets through a common evidence model: source, market, date, relationship status, agreed terms, and outcome. Channel expansion is a direction, with delivery subject to each platform's access and actual operating capability.

04 / WHAT WE DO

One operating model.
Four connected jobs.

01

Understand the brief

Define the product, audience, market, content format, commercial terms, timing, and measures of success before choosing a creator.

02

Find the fit

Research creator content and public signals, attach sources, and explain the fit and the open questions for each candidate.

03

Coordinate the work

Keep the brief, product details, approvals, milestones, and relationship status legible to everyone involved.

04

Learn from outcomes

Review available content and commercial results by channel and time window, then carry useful learning into the next brief.

05 / THE AI LAYER

AI to prepare.
People to decide.

The future of creator operations is a better informed team, with less time lost to repeated research and more attention available for the relationship.

Explore the AI direction
01 / READ

Turn scattered signals into context

Bring a merchant brief, public profile, content themes, and platform information into one reviewable view, with links back to the source.

02 / REASON

Explain a recommendation

Draft a fit rationale, surface missing facts, and distinguish an observed signal from a model's inference.

03 / ACT

Support the next step

Prepare a shortlist, brief, or follow-up draft. A person confirms the terms, the message, and any external action.

These are product directions. The public directory is available now; other workflow modules are not presented as launched features.

06 / HOW THE MODEL THINKS

From a broad search
to a useful shortlist.

Consider a homeware brand entering a new market. Its goal is not to contact every home creator. It is to find creators whose spaces, audiences, and way of explaining products make a first collaboration plausible.

120public profiles researched
30reviewed for content and audience fit
8candidates with clear reasons and open questions
1merchant-approved collaboration plan

The point is not to automate a decision at the top of the funnel. It is to make every reduction explainable: which market, which source, which product use case, which content style, and what still needs confirmation.

07 / WHAT ENDURES

Clarity is
the advantage.

Evidence before scale

A large list is only useful when sources, freshness, and relationship status can be understood.

Fit before reach

The right creator is the one who can make a product meaningful to a relevant audience.

Continuity before campaigns

Good partnerships improve when a team can remember what was agreed, what happened, and what changed.
